Dr. Dlovan Asaad Mohammed Qader is the Chairperson of the Accounting Department at Komar University, with over 10 years of experience in higher education. She holds a PhD in Macroeconomics from the University of Sulaimani, an MSc in Economics from the University of Leicester (UK), and a BSc in Economics from the University of Sulaimani.
